Biography
Lisa Jakub worked in Hollywood from the ages of 4 to 22. With more than 40 projects on her resume, including Mrs. Doubtfire and Independence Day, she left the film industry to find a life that felt more authentic to her. Lisa found her purpose by working with others who have also struggled with anxiety and depression.
She is the CEO of Blue Mala, a mental wellness resource, and founder and director of Mission Flexible, a nonprofit supporting military Veterans with post-traumatic stress.
Lisa Jakub is a mental wellness educator, offering highly personal presentations that are filled with real-life examples, humor, and tangible takeaways with an immediate impact.
