Biography

Chloé Valdary is a speaker, writer, musician, and founder of the Theory of Enchantment, a New York-based startup that trains and develops inclusion and belonging strategies for businesses.

Chloé's work has been featured in Atlantic Magazine, the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and other publications.

She is a sought-after speaker that has lectured at universities across America, including Harvard and Georgetown, and she has appeared on the Bill Maher Show, the Jordan Peterson Podcast, and the Simon Sinek podcast to name a few.

When she's not speaking about conflict resolution, Chloé enjoys producing music, singing, and dancing.
