Biography
Adam Tarnow began his career as a CPA, spending a decade with PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Neiman Marcus Group, and BKD CPAs & Advisors (now Forvis). After a pivot into the nonprofit sector, he spent the next ten years leading teams at a large faith-based organization in Dallas.
Since 2020, Adam has been a leadership development consultant, helping professionals navigate the complexities of management. He is a partner at PeopleWorks International, a Dallas-based consulting firm.
Adam is the co-author of The Edge: How to Stand Out by Showing You’re All In and co-hosts the How to Lead podcast with his good friend Clay Scroggins.
