Biography
Adam was born and raised in the Washington D.C. area. He graduated from Clemson University with an accounting degree and then spent ten years as a CPA working with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, The Neiman Marcus Group and finally BKD CPAs & Advisors (now called Forvis). The next ten years of his career were spent working at a large church in Dallas. In 2020 he started a consulting firm focused on developing leaders.
Adam is the co-author of The Edge: How to Stand Out by Showing You’re All In and the co-host of the How to Lead podcast with this good friend Clay Scroggins.
Over his career, Adam has spoken over 600 times. Throughout this time, he has become an expert in leadership, communication, and team member engagement. Adam has a unique gift for making the complex simple and disarming audiences with his wit, humility, and self-deprecating humor.
