APB Education Celebrates National Teacher Appreciation Week
02 May 2016
The APB education division is dedicated to representing those who have made outstanding contributions and advances in the world of education. As our nation celebrates Teacher Appreciation Week, we wanted to shine the spotlight on some important voices who continue to make a difference in the lives of many.
Some of the teachers we are proud to work with in the K-12 setting include Erin Gruwell, Rafe Esquith, Salome Thomas-El, and Stephen Ritz. And, at the college level, Pasi Sahlberg, Yong Zhao, Talithia Williams, Freeman Hrabowski, and Christopher Emdin are driving forces in training for K-12 education.
Devoted to their craft, these voices continue to provoke meaningful conversation, open our eyes to the transformative power of education, and spark change. We would like to congratulate and thank not only these special voices, but teachers spanning the nation for their valuable contributions to the world of education.
