Wil Haygood Prepares to Release One of 2015’s Most Highly Anticipated Books

On the heels of authoring the wildly popular, best-selling book The Butler--and helping produce the award-winning film of the same name--APB speaker Wil Haygood is capturing the nation’s attention once again as he prepares to release his new title, Showdown: Thurgood Marshall and the Supreme Court Nomination That Changed America (due out in October).
In what is quickly becoming one of the year’s most anticipated works, Haygood presents a compelling examination of the first African American Supreme Court Justice and how he singlehandedly helped shape the 20th century.
