The effect of drumming is a synchronization of energy, a unity and common purpose. The Drum Café is a unique and exciting way to get your employee involved and energized. Talented Djembe drummers, master facilitators and musicians provide each delegate with a genuine Djembe drum made in West Africa drum to use for the event. Drum Café then transforms a company, division or work team into a drumming orchestra teaching participants to listen to one another and to make music together. The non-verbal communication of drumming provides a powerful, unifying message, which transcends language, gender, and culture and age barriers.
